Hone

Self-hosted application telemetry for Laravel — your data, your infrastructure.

Hone collects your Laravel app's Nightwatch telemetry and routes it to a Hone server you run yourself, forked and deployed to Laravel Cloud on your own compute. No third-party SaaS sees your performance data. It captures slow requests, slow database queries, queued-job durations, outgoing HTTP calls, exceptions, cache activity, and more, then rolls them into daily aggregates you can query across deploys. Hone also exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so an AI agent can answer questions about your telemetry directly ("what's my slowest query?", "did latency regress in the last deploy?").

Matte

A background-removal image API you host yourself on Laravel Cloud.

Matte is a self-hosted background-removal service. Fork it, deploy it to Laravel Cloud, and run image cut-outs on your own compute and object storage instead of paying per-image to a SaaS. It wraps a fast native processor with both a classical (GrabCut) and an ML (ONNX) mode, exposes a simple async API (submit an image, poll the job, fetch a transparent PNG), and ships a Laravel client package (`artisan-build/matte-client`) so wiring it into your app is a few lines.

Sink

A self-hosted mail trap for Laravel staging and CI — capture outbound email instead of sending it.

Sink is a capture-only mail trap you host yourself on Laravel Cloud. It ships a `sink` Laravel mail transport that posts your app's outbound mail to an HTTP `/ingest` endpoint instead of delivering it, so staging and CI never send real email. Captured messages land in a human inbox UI you can read, and Sink also exposes a body-blind Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so AI agents can assert on mail — subject, recipients, headers, and metadata — without ever reading private message bodies. It is a monorepo (`packages/sink-contracts`, `sink-client`, and `sink-server`), MIT-licensed, and follows the same fork-and-own-it model as the rest of Built for Cloud.
